Since 17 September, we’ve been booking our Group Classes through SportsNow. Your Serratonin account, remaining Abo credits and existing bookings for the first four weeks have been transferred.
New to SportsNow? Click the button below, enter the same email address you used for Eversports and select “Resend confirmation email.” Then check your inbox and follow the instructions to access your account.
Already use SportsNow? Simply sign in with your existing account.

What do I need to do?
Your Serratonin SportsNow account is connected to the same email address you used for your Eversports account.
New to SportsNow?
- Open the confirmation email page.
- Enter the same email address you used for Eversports and select “Resend confirmation email.”
- Check your inbox and follow the instructions in the email to access your account. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder too.
Already use SportsNow? Simply sign in with your existing account as usual. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot your password?” option on the sign-in page.
Can’t remember which email address you used for Eversports? Send us an email with your first and last name, and we’ll help you out.
Please don’t create a new SportsNow account. Your Serratonin account has already been created for you or connected to your existing SportsNow account.
What happened to my Abo?
Any remaining credits on your Serratonin Group Class Abo have been transferred to SportsNow. You haven’t lost any of your remaining classes.
Your migrated Abo may show a new validity period in SportsNow. This is simply part of the transfer and gives you plenty of time to use your remaining credits.
What about classes I already booked?
Your existing bookings for the first four weeks after the switch have been transferred to SportsNow, so you don’t need to book those classes again.
Bookings further in the future were not transferred. Any credits used for those bookings have been returned to your Abo in SportsNow, so you can simply rebook those classes there.
Waitlist positions could not be transferred. If you were on a waitlist in Eversports, please join the waitlist again through SportsNow.
How do I book classes now?
All Group Classes are now booked through SportsNow, either in the SportsNow app (download for iOS or Android) or through the schedule on our website.
Once you’ve logged in, you can view the schedule and manage your bookings.
How do I buy a new Abo?
You can purchase new Abos directly through SportsNow and pay by credit card. A credit-card processing fee is added to the Abo price.
Prefer to pay by bank transfer? Email info@serratonin-pilates.ch with the Abo you’d like to buy, and we’ll send you an invoice. No credit-card processing fee applies to bank-transfer payments.
What about my Eversports voucher?
If you still have an unused or partially used Serratonin voucher purchased through Eversports, it remains valid. Vouchers could not be transferred directly into SportsNow, so we’ll continue to honour them manually.
When you’re ready to use your voucher, simply contact us before making your purchase or booking and send us your voucher code. We’ll take care of the rest.
You do not need to purchase a replacement voucher in SportsNow.
