Workshop: Join us for Pilates Laboratory with Joachim Schultz 🧠🤸♀️
Our first Pilates Laboratory in March was a success — thank you so much to everyone who joined! The energy, curiosity, and openness in the room made for an incredible day.
We're happy to announce that Joachim is coming back! The next Pilates Laboratory will take place on Saturday, May 2nd at the Serratonin I Train studio. Same format: a full day of hands-on, small-group learning (4–6 participants), with each participant receiving one hour of personalised training. The rest of the group actively observes, moves, and engages — so everyone learns from every session. The day wraps up with a shared Q&A and reflection.
